On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with crunchy red fruit, mouth-watering acidity and supple, silky tannins. Around 70% of the fruit undergoes carbonic maceration, followed by a short maturation in seasoned French oak, preserving freshness while adding gentle texture and spice.
