COGNAC
Cognac is a distinguished French grape spirit produced exclusively within the protected Cognac region. Primarily made from Ugni Blanc grapes, the wine undergoes traditional double distillation in copper pot stills before ageing in oak. During maturation, the spirit develops its characteristic aromas of fruit, flowers, vanilla, spice, toasted nuts and oak.
Cognac is classified according to the age of the youngest spirit in the blend: V.S. is aged for at least two years, V.S.O.P. for at least four years and X.O. for at least ten years.
