Wine More Cellars is a fine wine and spirits boutique in Chadstone, Melbourne. We are a destination wine store for collectors, restaurants and curious drinkers across Victoria — a place built around one idea: stock the wines we genuinely believe in, and know them well enough to point you to the right bottle.
From allocation-only cult producers to everyday favourites, our range spans the great regions of the world — Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, the Barossa, Central Otago and beyond. Whether you are chasing a specific vintage, building a cellar, or looking for something special for dinner tonight, you will find it here or we will help you track it down.
What we specialise in
We are known for depth in the regions and producers that reward it. Our shelves carry benchmark white Burgundy and red Burgundy, grower and prestige Champagne, iconic Barossa Valley reds, and cool-climate Pinot Noir from Australia and New Zealand.
We also hold tight allocations of some of the most sought-after names in the wine world — producers like Kusuda, Domaine Leflaive, Felton Road and Bindi. These wines are made in tiny quantities and sell on allocation; if the vintage you want is between releases, get in touch and we will let you know the moment the next one lands.
Beyond wine, we carry a curated spirits range and the glassware serious drinkers ask for — including the full Zalto glass collection. The right glass genuinely changes how a fine wine shows, and we are happy to talk you through which shape suits what you drink.
