RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have received you may return the stock for a refund or replacement, no questions asked. However opened bottle(s) must be returned at least three quarters full.
If you believe there is something wrong with the wine, it is important that we receive the mostly full bottle. This is so we can engage with the supplier to determine the fault. That way we can ensure that the issue is one off so you, the consumer, do not develop a negative opinion of the brand.
Stock must be in good (resaleable) condition. Any opened bottles cannot be returned empty.
Either drop off at the store in person or if unable to please return by post. Once we have received the stock we will be in touch with you immediately to arrange refund or replacement including the cost of postage.
