Shipping and Delivery Policy

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $199. For orders to ACT, NT, WA, and TAS, the free shipping threshold is $299. Express delivery is available upon request. Click and collect is available at Wine More Cellars in Chadstone Shopping Centre, usually within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

  • Products that have been opened or have label or other cosmetic damage cannot be returned.
  • Special Orders, including wines ordered specifically for you or those with a minimum purchase amount, are not eligible for return.
  • Returns are not accepted on gifts or Shipping Hold orders.
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the order date.
  • If you believe a wine is faulty, please ensure the bottle is at least three-quarters full when returned. This allows us to engage with the supplier to determine the fault and ensure it is an isolated issue.

All returned stock must be in good, resaleable condition. Empty bottles cannot be returned.

For faulty products, you can either drop them off in person at the store or return them by post. Once we receive the stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or replacement, including the cost of postage.

Shipping Hold

If you are away on holiday or placing an order for a special event, you can use our Shipping Hold service. When you place your order, select Click & Collect. We will pack and store your order until you are ready to receive it. Once you are ready, let us know and we will ship it to your specified address. This ensures your wine is safely stored and delivered at the optimal time for your convenience.
