Louis Bouillot was founded in Nuits-Saint-Georges in 1877 and has specialised in sparkling Burgundy for well over a century. Perle de Vigne is the house's emblematic cuvée, bringing together Burgundy's four traditional varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté - and is produced using the traditional method, with the secondary fermentation taking place in bottle. The combination of white and red varieties gives the wine both citrus freshness and a more generous red-fruited character.
