Produced from a single barrel of 100% Grenache sourced from the estate’s oldest vines—more than 110 years old—in the famed Les Serres lieu-dit, this exceptional cuvée is made only in outstanding vintages. Fermented with whole bunches and matured for 36 months in a single demi-muid, it is an uncompromising expression of old-vine Grenache with remarkable concentration, complexity and longevity.
The nose is intensely aromatic, revealing blackberry, kirsch and black raspberry layered with lavender, Provençal herbs, cured meats, cracked pepper and exotic spice. The palate is immensely powerful yet beautifully poised, with extraordinary concentration, silky tannins and vibrant freshness supporting waves of dark fruit, liquorice, graphite and warm earth. Despite its immense scale, it remains remarkably balanced, finishing with exceptional length, finesse and seemingly endless complexity.

A truly iconic Châteauneuf-du-Pape and one of the greatest expressions of old-vine Grenache. Its extraordinary depth and structure make it a perfect match for slow-roasted lamb, venison, wild game and richly braised meats.
