GRACI
The Graci is one of the benchmark wines from the Etna DOC in Sicily, Italy, crafted by Alberto Graci on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. It is a pure expression of Nerello Mascalese, a native Sicilian grape often compared to a cross between Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo for its elegance and structure.
Grown at elevations of around 600–1000 metres on volcanic soils, the wine reflects Etna’s unique terroir, delivering both freshness and mineral complexity.
On the nose, it shows red cherry, strawberry, blood orange and floral notes, often layered with spice, herbs and a distinctive smoky or mineral character from the volcanic soils.
The palate is typically medium-bodied, fresh and structured, with bright acidity, fine tannins and a lively, mineral-driven finish. Flavours of cranberry, raspberry, spice and earthy undertones give the wine both drinkability and ageing potential.
