Graci Etna Bianco Arcuria DOC 2022 is a refined and expressive dry white wine made from 100% Carricante grapes grown on the volcanic soils of Etna DOC in Sicily, Italy. The vineyard in Contrada Arcuria, near Passopisciaro on the northern flank of the volcano, sits at about 600 m above sea level, giving the wine vibrant acidity and an unmistakable mineral signature.
The wine undergoes fermentation and ageing partly in concrete tanks and partly in large oak barrels on the lees for about 12 months, followed by additional bottle ageing, enhancing its texture and complexity. It typically shows citrus and orchard fruit character with flinty, saline, and floral notes, reflecting the unique volcanic terroir of Etna.
