Graci Etna Rosato DOC 2018 is a rare and compelling aged rose from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, made from 100% Nerello Mascalese. With bottle age, the wine has evolved beyond its primary fruit, showing complex aromas of dried strawberry, blood orange, rose petals and subtle spice, underpinned by a distinctive volcanic minerality.
On the palate, it is structured and savoury, with notes of cranberry, orange peel and wild herbs. The natural acidity remains vibrant, giving the wine freshness despite its age, while the texture has become more layered and Pinot Noir-like. The finish is dry, saline and persistent, reflecting the unique high-altitude terroir of Etna.
