The 2025 Graci Etna Rosato DOC is a distinctive Sicilian rosé made from 100% Nerello Mascalese grown on the northern slopes of Mount Etna at around 600 metres elevation. The nose shows wild strawberry, raspberry and rose petal with lime zest, peach and subtle herbal notes, underpinned by the mineral character of Etna’s volcanic soils.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and finely textured with bright acidity, tart red fruit and citrus supported by a pronounced saline edge. Fermentation takes place in concrete using indigenous yeasts, with no oak maturation, preserving freshness and varietal character. The finish is persistent, savoury and mineral-driven.
Ben’s Recommendation:
At Wine More Cellars, this is a great choice for rosé drinkers who enjoy dry, structured styles with fresh acidity and volcanic minerality. Enjoy now or over the next 2–3 years and pair with grilled prawns, tuna, seafood pasta, antipasto, fresh cheeses or Mediterranean-style dishes.
