Graci Etna Rosso Arcuria DOC 2021 is a distinguished red wine from the volcanic terroir of Etna DOC in Sicily, Italy. Made exclusively from 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes grown in the Arcuria vineyard on the north‑eastern slopes of Mount Etna, this wine expresses a strong sense of place with meticulous traditional winemaking.
Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts without temperature control, followed by an extended maceration on skins. The wine is aged for about 24 months in large oak vats with spontaneous malolactic fermentation and then often further rested in bottle before release.
