CASCINA PENNA-CURRADO
Cascina Penna-Currado is a boutique winery in the Langhe region of Piedmont, Italy, founded by renowned winemaking couple Luca Currado and Elena Penna, formerly of the historic Vietti estate. After decades of experience producing some of Barolo’s most respected wines, the couple established Cascina Penna-Currado to focus on small-production wines that express the authenticity and heritage of the Langhe.
The winery emphasises traditional Piedmontese varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto, alongside carefully selected white varieties. With a philosophy rooted in vineyard expression and minimal intervention, the wines highlight purity of fruit, structure and the distinctive terroir of Piedmont’s hillside vineyards.
Cascina Penna-Currado wines combine deep regional knowledge with a contemporary approach, offering elegant and characterful expressions of the Langhe.
