Cascina Penna-Currado Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Superiore San Sebastiano 2023 is a refined, terroir-driven Nebbiolo sourced from vineyards in Monforte d’Alba, near the Barolo zone. It shows expressive aromas of raspberry, cherry, and wild strawberry, layered with floral notes of rose and violet and subtle spice.
On the palate, it is elegant and vibrant with crisp red fruit, hints of citrus, and a mineral edge. Silky, well-integrated tannins and bright acidity create a balanced and structured profile, leading to a long, harmonious finish. Aged for around 12 months in oak, it offers both finesse and depth with good ageing potential.
