The 2025 Underground Violets Moscato is a sweet, gently sparkling Australian Moscato made by Underground Winemakers in Victoria. The producer sources its Moscato fruit from Northern and Central Victoria, with winemaking and bottling completed at its Mt Eliza winery. The wine shows fragrant strawberry and rockmelon with floral notes and fresh grapey sweetness.
On the palate, it is light, luscious and refreshing, with ripe strawberry and melon flavours, moderate acidity and a gentle fizz. The established Violets style uses cool fermentation with the wine filtered into bottle while barely fermented, preserving its youthful fruit, sweetness and low-alcohol character.
