The 2025 Vietti Moscato d'Asti is a lightly sparkling 100% Moscato from small vineyards in Castiglione Tinella, Piedmont. The nose is highly aromatic, showing ripe peach and apricot with rose petal, floral notes and a subtle touch of ginger.
On the palate, it is delicately sweet and light-bodied, with gentle acidity and fine bubbles keeping the ripe fruit fresh and balanced. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel under pressure and is stopped by cooling, preserving Moscato's natural sweetness and aromatic character.
