The 2025 Underground Black & White Pinot Noir x 12 Bottles is a full case of cool-climate Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir from Victoria. Bright ruby in colour, it shows lifted red cherry, raspberry and strawberry with rose petal, gentle spice and subtle earthy notes.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied and silky, with juicy red fruit, gentle acidity and soft tannins. Extended maceration and maturation in used French oak add texture and subtle complexity without overwhelming the fresh Pinot Noir fruit.
