2025 Nick Spencer Wines Hilltops Rosé - Exceptionaly pale crimson in the glass, its looks like strawberry water, if that makes sense. This is an apt first impression as the wine then smells and tastes of strawberry, cream, sweet spice, stone and chalk, a tonic-like aftertaste then adding further to the wine’s charm. This rosé feels zippy and alluring at once. It’s dry, racy, savoury and fruity; it ticks all the boxes and does so in fine style. Great buying/drinking. - 93 points, Campbell Mattinson
