Founded by winemaker Nick Spencer, the label focuses on small-batch wines that express regional character with a modern, minimal-intervention approach.

Sourcing fruit from carefully selected vineyards across southern New South Wales, including Tumbarumba, Hilltops and Gundagai, Nick Spencer crafts wines that emphasise balance, drinkability and purity of fruit. The range includes both classic and alternative varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Sangiovese and Tempranillo.
