The 2023 Domaine des Carlines En Beaumont Savagnin is a distinctive Côtes du Jura white made from 100% Savagnin grown on grey marl and clay soils. The nose shows apricot, apple and citrus with subtle spice and mineral notes.
On the palate, it is concentrated yet fresh, with bright acidity, ripe fruit and a savoury saline character. Maturation in older Burgundy barrels with regular ouillage adds texture while preserving freshness.
