The 2023 Delas Saint-Joseph François de Tournon Rouge is a refined Northern Rhône Syrah showing blackberry, black cherry and plum with violet, cracked pepper, dried herbs and subtle earthy spice.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied and structured, with fresh acidity, fine tannins and layers of dark fruit, pepper and savoury mineral character. The finish is dry, balanced and persistent.
