The 2023 Delas Hermitage Rouge Domaine des Tourettes is a structured Northern Rhône Syrah showing blackberry, black cherry and plum with violet, cracked pepper, smoked herbs and subtle earthy spice.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and concentrated, with fresh acidity, firm tannins and layers of dark fruit, pepper and savoury mineral character. The finish is long, dry and persistent, with the structure to develop further in bottle.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for Syrah drinkers seeking a classic Hermitage with depth, savoury complexity and cellaring potential. Best enjoyed from 2028–2042. Pair with slow-braised beef cheek, roast venison with rosemary, lamb shoulder or porcini and truffle risotto.
