The 2023 Delas Hermitage Ligne de Crête Rouge is a distinctive Northern Rhône Syrah showing blackberry, black plum and dark cherry with violet, cracked pepper, smoked herbs and subtle earthy spice.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and concentrated, with vibrant acidity, firm tannins and layers of dark fruit, pepper and savoury mineral character. The finish is long, dry and persistent, with excellent structure for further bottle development.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for Syrah collectors seeking a powerful, structured Hermitage with depth and longevity. Best enjoyed from 2029–2043. Pair with roast venison, slow-braised beef cheek, rosemary lamb shoulder or porcini and truffle risotto.
