The 2022 Charlish & Co Rosso is an Italian-inspired red blend from South Australia, bringing together Dolcetto, Sangiovese and Barbera in a vibrant, medium-bodied style. Wild yeast fermented, matured for eight months in seasoned French oak, and bottled unfined and unfiltered, the wine highlights purity of fruit and minimal-intervention winemaking. The nose is bright and expressive, offering aromas of tart forest berries, crunchy cherry and cranberry alongside dried herbs, fennel, liquorice and a subtle earthy character.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied with lively natural acidity, chalky tannins and a fresh, finely textured mouthfeel.
