The Valdespino Inocente Fino Half Bottle (375ml) NV is a benchmark dry Sherry from Jerez, Spain, crafted from 100% Palomino sourced from a single vineyard in the renowned Macharnudo Alto. Uniquely fermented in oak and aged under flor for around 8–10 years, it offers exceptional depth and authenticity for a Fino. The nose is pungent yet refined, showing classic notes of almond, fresh bread and saline sea breeze, with a delicate yeasty character.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with a smooth, rounded texture. Crisp, dry flavours of nuts, citrus and mineral salinity lead to a long, fresh and complex finish.
