The Champagne Laherte Frères Les 7 NV is one of the domaine’s most distinctive cuvées, bringing together all seven traditional Champagne varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Arbanne and Petit Meslier. The wine is built from a Solera-style reserve system spanning vintages from 2005 to 2022, giving it remarkable depth and continuity. The latest release was disgorged in November 2025, with aromas of ripe pear, yellow apple and citrus alongside quince, dried flowers, hazelnut, brioche and subtle spice. Its extended reserve-wine character gives the wine a layered, vinous personality while preserving the freshness of Champagne.
On the palate, it is rich, complex and beautifully textured, with lively acidity and fine, persistent bubbles supporting layers of orchard fruit, citrus and delicate stone fruit. Pear and yellow apple are complemented by lemon peel, quince, dried floral notes and subtle honeyed and nutty characters, while gentle brioche and spice add further depth.
