The 2025 Chatto Isle Pinot Noir is the estate expression from Jim and Daisy Chatto’s home vineyard at Glaziers Bay in Tasmania’s cool Huon Valley. The Isle vineyard was planted in 2006 and produces Pinot Noir with notable depth and perfume, typically showing dark cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry with floral, earthy and savoury spice notes.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and concentrated, with vibrant acidity, fine tannins and layered red and dark fruit. Cherry and raspberry are complemented by savoury spice and earthy notes, while the cool maritime conditions of the Huon Valley provide freshness and definition through a long, structured finish.
