Chatto Wines is one of Tasmania’s most respected small producers, founded by winemaker Jim Chatto, whose deep understanding of cool-climate viticulture has shaped some of the island’s most expressive wines. Based in southern Tasmania, Chatto focuses on minimal-intervention winemaking and carefully selected vineyard sites across regions such as the Huon Valley and Coal River Valley.
