The 2024 Neudorf Tom’s Block Moutere Pinot Noir is a single-vineyard, organically grown red from Upper Moutere in Nelson, New Zealand. The nose shows dark cherry, raspberry and summer berries, layered with violet, pink pepper, wild herbs and a subtle earthy, savoury character.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and fine, savoury tannins, combining red and dark fruit with spice and mineral detail. Wild fermentation and 10 months in French oak, including 20% new oak, add structure while preserving freshness through a long, graceful finish.

At Wine More Cellars, this is a great choice for Pinot Noir drinkers who enjoy vibrant fruit, savoury complexity and fine structure. Enjoy it now with some air or cellar through to around 2032 as further complexity develops. Ideal with roast duck, lamb, mushroom dishes, grilled pork or salmon.
