The 2024 Craggy Range Sophia is a refined Hawke’s Bay red blend, showing blackcurrant, blackberry and dark plum with violet, cedar, dried herbs and subtle spice.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with vibrant acidity, polished tannins and layers of dark fruit, savoury herbs and gentle oak. The finish is long, dry and persistent, with excellent potential for bottle development.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for collectors who enjoy structured New Zealand reds with Cabernet character and depth. Best enjoyed from 2028–2040. Pair with roast lamb, beef fillet with mushroom jus, venison with rosemary or slow-braised beef cheeks.
