2023 Littorai Mays Canyon Vineyard Pinot Noir

The 2023 Pinot Noir Mays Canyon turned out beautifully. Dark and mysterious, the 2023 opens gradually with a bit of time in the glass. Black cherry, plum, incense, licorice, menthol, dried flowers and mocha fill out the layers. As is often the case, the Mays Canyon needs a bit of time to fully come together. There's quite a bit of stem influence from the 37% whole clusters, but it works well.
