On the palate, it is light-bodied with soft, supple tannins and lively acidity that gives the wine a fresh, juicy feel. Made using carbonic maceration (Beaujolais-style), the fruit is vibrant and “crunchy,” with red berry flavours and a slightly earthy undertone. At Wine More Cellars, this is a perfect example of modern “nouveau” Shiraz — light, fun and designed for immediate enjoyment. Compared to traditional Shiraz, it’s far fresher, softer and more fruit-driven, sitting stylistically closer to Beaujolais than Barossa. Best served slightly chilled for maximum vibrancy. Drink now through 2027+ while it retains its energy. Ideal with charcuterie, pizza, grilled chicken or casual, shared meals.
