The 2022 Domaine Uroulat Jurançon Moelleux (375ml) is a beautifully expressive sweet wine from Charles Hours, one of the benchmark producers of Jurançon in southwest France. Crafted primarily from Petit Manseng, the wine is produced from late-harvested grapes that concentrate flavour and natural sweetness while retaining the vibrant acidity for which the region is famous. The result is a dessert wine of remarkable freshness, balance and aromatic intensity.
The nose bursts with aromas of pineapple, mango and apricot alongside notes of orange blossom, honey and candied citrus peel. The palate is rich and luscious, layered with tropical fruit, ripe peach and marmalade flavours, yet lifted by bright acidity that keeps the wine vibrant and beautifully balanced. Hints of ginger, spice and mineral freshness add complexity, leading to a long, elegant finish.

A superb sweet wine that perfectly balances richness and freshness. Exotic, vibrant and incredibly versatile, it pairs beautifully with foie gras, blue cheese, fruit tarts and crème brûlée. Equally rewarding as a dessert on its own, it is delicious now and will continue to evolve gracefully over the next 10–15 years.
