The 2022 Dicey Bannockburn Pinot Noir is a beautifully composed Central Otago Pinot Noir from Bannockburn, blending fruit from the Inlet (64%) and Black Rabbit (36%) vineyards. The exceptional 2022 growing season delivered small crops of pristine, intensely flavoured fruit. Fermented with 10% whole clusters and indigenous yeasts, the wine spent 11 months in French oak (27% new) before being bottled unfined and lightly filtered.
