The 2022 Bindi Pyrette Heathcote Shiraz is a refined and distinctive expression of Shiraz from Heathcote, Victoria, crafted by Michael Dhillon of Bindi. The fruit is sourced from the Colbinabbin and Col Mountain vineyards, with the highest blocks sitting on the region’s distinctive deep red, rocky Cambrian soils. Unlike the powerful, heavily extracted style often associated with Heathcote, Pyrette is deliberately made to emphasise fragrance, freshness, finesse and regional character. The 2022 shows beautiful aromas of mulberry, red and dark plum, spice and graphite.
