The 2021 Vincent Girardin Pouilly-Fuissé Vieilles Vignes is a beautifully expressive Chardonnay sourced from old vines across some of the finest sites in Fuissé, Solutré, Vergisson and Pouilly. Grown on classic clay-limestone soils and matured on fine lees in large French oak barrels, the wine combines the richness and concentration of old-vine fruit with the freshness and mineral precision that define top Pouilly-Fuissé.
The nose reveals white peach, pear and citrus blossom alongside notes of toasted hazelnut and subtle mineral complexity. The palate is generous yet beautifully focused, with ripe orchard fruit, creamy texture and vibrant acidity balanced by a chalky, saline backbone. Hints of almond, lemon curd and crushed stone add depth, while the finish is long, fresh and elegantly persistent.

A superb example of modern Pouilly-Fuissé that offers outstanding value for white Burgundy lovers.
