The 2021 SOHO Revolver is a premium Bordeaux-style blend from the Carter Vineyard on Waiheke Island, combining Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Syrah. Matured in French oak, it is a rich and sophisticated red that showcases the power and elegance of this renowned New Zealand wine region. The nose is deeply expressive with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe plum, complemented by cigar box, dark chocolate, violet and warm baking spice.
On the palate, it is full-bodied with plush dark fruit, velvety tannins and beautifully balanced acidity.
