The nose is highly aromatic, offering orange blossom, citrus peel, stone fruit and delicate floral notes alongside hints of cinnamon spice. The palate is dry, textured and beautifully layered, with flavours of peach, apricot, citrus pith and preserved orange supported by gentle phenolic grip and refreshing acidity. Complex yet incredibly drinkable, it finishes long, savoury and full of energy.
