The 2020 Château Langoa Barton is a distinguished Third Growth (3ème Grand Cru Classé) from Saint-Julien, Bordeaux, made from 53.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot and 8.5% Cabernet Franc. The nose is expressive with blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry, layered with mint, cedar, graphite and subtle spice.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with concentrated dark fruit, fresh acidity and precise, velvety tannins. Matured for 16–18 months in French oak, including 60% new barrels, it combines depth and structure with a supple, rounded texture and a long, persistent finish.

At Wine More Cellars, this is a great choice for Bordeaux drinkers who enjoy concentrated Cabernet fruit, polished tannins and the refined structure of Saint-Julien. Enjoy it from around 2027 or cellar well into the 2040s as further savoury complexity develops. Ideal with roast lamb, grilled steak, slow-braised beef, venison or mature hard cheeses.
