The 2015 Château Léoville Barton is a distinguished Second Growth (2ème Grand Cru Classé) from Saint-Julien, Bordeaux, made from 86% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Merlot. The nose is concentrated with blackcurrant and blackberry, layered with cedar, spice, graphite, tobacco and subtle mineral notes.
On the palate, it is full-bodied yet refined, with concentrated dark fruit, excellent freshness and firm, finely structured tannins. Matured for 16–18 months in French oak, including 60% new barrels, it combines power and precision with cedar and savoury complexity through a long, balanced finish.
