Two thirds whole bunch vinification. Mid purple with lighter rim. The bouquet is much more elegant than the rather stolid Bourgogne. The Beaune shows the more ethereal side of the whole bunches, with good acidity behind. Medium-bodied, a little chocolate note in among the red fruit, and with good length.
