The 2015 Chateau Tronquoy-Lalande reflects a warm, balanced vintage in Saint-Estephe, delivering ripe fruit character with structure and freshness.
Composed of 55% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc, the wine was matured in a combination of new and one-year-old French oak barrels and aged on its lees for 12 months, enhancing texture and aromatic depth.
Deep garnet-purple in colour, it reveals pronounced black plum and cassis aromas, layered with bay leaf, tilled soil and subtle underbrush notes. The medium-bodied palate is lean yet chewy, supported by fresh acidity and fine tannins, finishing with savoury earth complexity typical of Saint-Estephe.
