Delamere Sparkling Rose NV is a refined Tasmanian sparkling wine from the cool-climate Pipers River region, crafted using the traditional method. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it combines fresh base wine with a portion of reserve wines aged in older barrels, adding depth and complexity.
Pale salmon in colour with a fine mousse, the wine opens with delicate aromas of strawberry, red apple and musk, layered with subtle notes of toast and lanolin from bottle ageing. On the palate it is vibrant and elegant, showing bright red berry fruit, crisp acidity and a creamy texture from extended lees maturation. The finish is long, fresh and beautifully balanced.
