The 2020 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis is a classic 100% Chardonnay grown on Chablis’ distinctive Kimmeridgian limestone soils. The 2020 vintage shows an expressive bouquet of lemon, lime, green apple and white flowers, accompanied by marine and stony mineral notes that give it unmistakable Chablis character.
On the palate, it is fresh and energetic with crisp acidity, citrus fruit and pronounced minerality. There is excellent balance between supple texture and a precise, saline backbone, finishing dry, focused and persistent. Decanter awarded the 2020 93 points, highlighting its energy, focus and precise acidity.

At Wine More Cellars, this is a superb choice for lovers of classic, mineral-driven Chablis with a little bottle development. Pair with oysters, grilled fish, prawns, sushi or light seafood dishes. The 2020 is drinking beautifully now, so I’d enjoy it over the next 1–3 years while it retains its freshness and mineral precision.
