At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent introduction to classic Mosel Kabinett—light in alcohol, beautifully aromatic and refreshing rather than overtly sweet. Ideal with spicy Thai cuisine, chilli prawns, sushi, roast pork, aromatic curries or soft cheeses.
