Under the leadership of Ernst Loosen since 1988, the estate has achieved worldwide acclaim for producing Rieslings that combine purity, precision, and remarkable ageing potential. The winery owns some of the Mosel’s most prestigious vineyards, including Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Ürziger Würzgarten, Erdener Prälat, and Bernkasteler Lay, all planted on steep slate slopes overlooking the Mosel River.
Dr. Loosen Rieslings are renowned for their expressive aromatics and exceptional balance.
