The 2025 Bindi Dhillon Glenhope Riesling is a distinctive cool-climate Riesling from the Glenhope Vineyard in the northern Macedon Ranges, Victoria. Established in 1995 at approximately 460 metres elevation, the vineyard sits on granite soils that contribute freshness, mineral tension and precision. Michael Dhillon wild-ferments the fruit in seasoned French oak before ageing it for six months on fine lees, creating a more textural and complex expression of Riesling while preserving its natural vibrancy. Aromas of lime, citrus blossom, musk and talc are layered with subtle spice and savoury lees-derived notes.
