The Champagne Pascal Agrapart Grand Cru Terroirs Blanc de Blancs NV (Base 2021, Disgorged June 2025) is a beautifully precise and chalk-driven grower Champagne from one of the Côte des Blancs’ benchmark estates. Produced entirely from Grand Cru Chardonnay grown across Avize, Cramant, Oiry and Oger, the wine reflects Pascal Agrapart’s meticulous terroir-focused approach, combining old-vine fruit, extended lees ageing and restrained dosage to emphasise mineral clarity and finesse.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with exceptionally fine mousse, vibrant natural acidity and a long saline mineral finish. Layers of lemon zest, green apple and white peach are balanced by brioche, toasted almond and chalky complexity, finishing dry, energetic and beautifully persistent with impressive precision and texture. The Base 2021 release incorporates reserve wines from earlier vintages, adding depth and structure while preserving the freshness and tension characteristic of the Côte des Blancs.
