Sullivans Cove American Oak is a limited single-cask Tasmanian single malt whisky matured in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels. It offers inviting aromas of tropical and stone fruits, candied orange, vanilla and coconut, complemented by caramel, macadamia nuts, white flowers and gentle herbal notes.
On the palate, it is silky, full and creamy, with sweet malt, baked pastries, custard and maple layered over ripe fruit and finely integrated oak. Vanilla, cinnamon sugar and toasted nuts linger through the long, warming and beautifully balanced finish.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an outstanding choice for those who enjoy fruit-forward single malt whisky with a creamy texture and classic bourbon-cask sweetness. Serve neat in a Glencairn glass and allow it to rest for 10–15 minutes. A few drops of water can reveal additional fruit, floral and spice notes. Ideal alongside crème brûlée, pecan tart, toasted macadamias, milk chocolate or mature cheddar.
