The Dosnon Récolte Rosé NV is a distinctive grower Champagne from Davy Dosnon in the Côte des Bar, crafted from a base of Pinot Noir with a small addition of Pinot Meunier for colour and aromatic lift. The base wines are fermented and aged in seasoned Burgundy barrels before extended maturation on lees, a hallmark of the Dosnon style. Based on the excellent 2017 vintage and disgorged in October 2020, the wine combines the richness of Pinot Noir with the purity and mineral precision for which Dosnon has become renowned.
The nose reveals redcurrant, wild strawberry and orange zest alongside notes of jasmine, spice and crushed stone. The palate is vibrant and finely textured, with bright red berry fruit, citrus peel and subtle brioche complexity supported by a fine mousse and refreshing acidity. Hints of blood orange, ginger and chalky minerality emerge through a long, elegant finish. The combination of barrel ageing, low intervention and Côte des Bar terroir gives the wine both depth and remarkable freshness.

A beautifully expressive grower rosé Champagne that offers far more character and complexity than many larger-house equivalents. Fresh, mineral and wonderfully food-friendly, it pairs beautifully with salmon, tuna, duck, charcuterie and sushi. Enjoy now for its vibrant fruit and energy, or cellar for a further 5–8 years as it develops additional savoury complexity and finesse.
