The 2025 Tyrrell’s Special Release Fiano is a fresh and textural Hunter Valley white sourced from two vineyards in the Broke Fordwich sub-region. Grown across sandy loam and red volcanic basalt soils, the Fiano shows bright pear, citrus and stone fruit aromas with subtle floral, spice and savoury notes.
On the palate, it is dry and lively with brisk acidity and a gently rounded texture. Retaining a portion of juice solids during fermentation adds weight and complexity while keeping the fruit fresh and focused, leading to a clean, savoury and persistent finish.
